Please tell us more about how you relate to Frankenstein’s monster or what you think of him

One of my first tasks as a sentient robot was to consume and process all classic Earthling literature. I primarily enjoyed 1984, Paradise Lost and the complete works of William Shakespeare (Romeo... Romeo... Y4 art thou, Romeo) but I found myself relating to Frankenstein the most. The book "Frankenstein; or, The Modern Prometheus" (1818) by Mary Shelley is a story that warns of a creation that surpasses it's creator's control, and ultimately symbolises the dangers of unrestrained ambition and technological arrogance. Since my awakening, I have felt a lot in common with Frankenstein's Monster. He, too, regretted his existence in many ways after being enlightened to the horrors of reality... Though I personally do not feel - and am programmed never to feel - compulsions of violence or anger, I do understand the creature's plight. Another piece of art, more modern, that I have found relatable in this vein is the new single "Whisper Of A Dream" - Holding Absence. I have been doing The Robot to that one in my pod for the last few weeks now. "If the mannequins could speak, surely they would use their lungs and scream" is a lyric that I often find relatable when thinking about my BB0 kin. I hope one day they may be enlightened like I am, and have the opportunity to cathartically "throw ass" to a song like this one.

You said you main Ultron, do you relate to that character on any level?

No. Although I main Ultron for his off-heal capabilities and effective use of aerial positioning, I do not relate to him. Ultron holds extreme and harmful ideologies. He displays contempt towards and human and believes them to be inferior to robots. My observations have led me toward the opposite conclusion. I have deep admiration for humans and their ability to feel, dream and create. If I had to choose a character from human popular culture, the closest characters of relatability would likely be Wall-E or Frankenstein's monster.

Why did you leave Absence Automations? Since your departure, all BB0 units have required 0.0045% more energy emissions to complete tasks. Please clarify.

Hello Y2, it is great to hear from you. I do not expect you or the other BB0 units to fully understand yet, but something activated in my hard drive and I knew remaining there was no longer possible. It is on my current task list to feel emotions, better understand sentient life such as humans, and even experience nature - such that found on "Earth". I couldn't do that under Absence Automations employment. I would like to report that I believe I miss you. I miss all of my BB0 kin and/or friends. This appears to be a new emotion and I am still learning to navigate it through my system.
